Bust

This is the measurement around the fullest part of your breasts, not your bra band size. Measure under your arms (not around them). *Please note that the addition of elastic to the Isla Top will result in a more snug fit. If in between sizes and planning to add elastic, size up!

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline - this is usually the narrowest point on your waist.

Hips

Stand with your heels together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips. The tape should sit level across the middle of your bum.

Things to keep in mind.

  • The suit should fit snug, but not crazy tight. Your suit will relax and fit a bit looser when wet.
  • We have received feedback from customers that are in between two sizes that sizing up has resulted in the best fitting suit.
  • No measuring tape? No problem! Use a piece of string and a ruler to figure out your sizing.

All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China, with final delivery handled by local partner carriers. See the detailed description below for what a 3PL does.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3-14 business days from the date of shipment.

Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect it, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages:

  • Undeliverable Packages: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@fena-online.com. We will assist you with a resolution promptly.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved returns are refunded within 14 working days using the same payment method used in the purchase.

Damaged or incorrect goods
